Works with the Board of Directors and Leadership Team to create, develop, analyze, and implement the vision and strategic plans for Wellspring to fulfill, strengthen, and sustain its mission.
Manages the operations of all five locations and provides excellent client and staff care
Coordinates and implements Wellspring’s resource development, including donor, volunteer, and community engagement efforts and grant management.
Oversight of therapists.
Implements and coordinates Wellspring’s communication efforts across various channels.
Manages the financial transactions and reporting of all five locations. Works closely with staff and clients to accomplish the mission of the organization.
Oversees the technology infrastructure within the organization, maintenance of hardware and software, and technical support for our users.
Supports Wellspring’s Administration and Front Office Team.
Helps our clients to find the right therapist for their counseling needs, schedules appointments, and supports the business office.
