Annual Mental Health Checkups

Prioritize Your Well-Being: Schedule Your Annual Mental Health Check-Up Today!

Whether you’re managing challenges or simply want to stay proactive in your mental health, an Annual Mental Health Check-Up provides valuable insights and resources to help you maintain a balanced and healthy mind.

About Annual Mental Health Check Ups

The Purpose of an Annual Mental Health Check-Up

Our Annual Mental Health Check-Up is a comprehensive review designed to give you a clear overview of your emotional and psychological well-being—much like a routine physical exam but focused on your mental health. Through targeted assessments and the expert guidance of a licensed clinician, this check-up helps ensure you’re on track emotionally, mentally, and socially.

During your session, the clinician will evaluate key areas such as emotional resilience, stress levels, relationships, and personal goals. Together, you’ll identify both strengths and areas that may need attention, creating a clear picture of your current well-being. This is a proactive opportunity to reflect on your overall life satisfaction, address concerns early, and explore strategies to support continued growth. Whether you’re looking to enhance your mental health or simply check in with yourself, this annual review is a meaningful step toward thriving in all areas of life.

How Annual Mental Health Check-Ups Work

Annual check-ups provide a valuable opportunity to reflect on your life’s direction and set focused goals for the future.

The process of the Annual Mental Health Check-Up is designed to be thorough and organized to ensure both you and the clinician are fully prepared for the session. Here’s how it works:

  1. Application: Begin by completing the Annual Check-Up intake application.  HERE
  2. Scheduling Your Appointment: Once your application is submitted, Wellspring will contact you to schedule your check-up appointment and collect payment. This session is a 2-hour, self-pay consultation, and appointments must be booked at least two weeks in advance to allow time for assessment completion and preparation.
  3. Confirmation & Preparation: After scheduling, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a PDF workbook to complete before your appointment.  Additionally, based on your application responses, Wellspring will send personalized assessments via Adobe Forms to be completed 1 week prior to your consultation.
  4. Therapist Review: Before your consultation, the therapist will carefully review all assessments and reach out if additional information is needed to ensure a productive session.
  5. Consultation: During your 2-hour check-up, the therapist will summarize your assessments with you, discussing the areas where you’re thriving and those that may need attention, guiding you toward meaningful strategies and next steps.

This comprehensive process ensures that both you and your therapist are aligned and well-prepared for the check-up, making it a valuable tool for maintaining your mental well-being.
