Whether you’re managing challenges or simply want to stay proactive in your mental health, an Annual Mental Health Check-Up provides valuable insights and resources to help you maintain a balanced and healthy mind.
Our Annual Mental Health Check-Up is a comprehensive review designed to give you a clear overview of your emotional and psychological well-being—much like a routine physical exam but focused on your mental health. Through targeted assessments and the expert guidance of a licensed clinician, this check-up helps ensure you’re on track emotionally, mentally, and socially.
During your session, the clinician will evaluate key areas such as emotional resilience, stress levels, relationships, and personal goals. Together, you’ll identify both strengths and areas that may need attention, creating a clear picture of your current well-being. This is a proactive opportunity to reflect on your overall life satisfaction, address concerns early, and explore strategies to support continued growth. Whether you’re looking to enhance your mental health or simply check in with yourself, this annual review is a meaningful step toward thriving in all areas of life.
The process of the Annual Mental Health Check-Up is designed to be thorough and organized to ensure both you and the clinician are fully prepared for the session. Here’s how it works:
This comprehensive process ensures that both you and your therapist are aligned and well-prepared for the check-up, making it a valuable tool for maintaining your mental well-being.
A Bounce™ Team member will reach out to schedule a one-hour Zoom interview with you and your child. This includes speaking with a therapist to determine the program suitability for the youth and completing several assessments to evaluate PTSD symptoms, resiliency, and other mood-related issues. After the interview and assessments, the Bounce™ team will determine if the youth is a good match for one of the Bounce™ formats or other opportunities tailored to their needs. A decision is made only after the youth completes the application, interview, and assessments.
If you have a question, please e-mail us at programs@wellspringmiami.org or call (305) 722-5380. You will have opportunities to ask questions during the intake interview as well.
If your child is in immediate crisis, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
If your child is safely functioning, Wellspring provides individual treatment options that can start before your child begins the Bounce program to expedite treatment.
Youth can also apply to Bounce™ even if they are already attending weekly therapy sessions. For more information, contact our office at (305) 722-5380 or email us at programs@wellspringmiami.org.
25-30 participants per week.
You’ll get an email confirming participation within 5 business days after completing the Zoom Interview and assessment forms, which are evaluated by the Bounce Clinical Team.
