Lindsey provides clinical leadership across all Wellspring sites, overseeing the therapist team and student internship program. She supervises registered mental health counselor interns and student interns weekly and facilitates monthly clinical trainings and group supervision for the team. Lindsey ensures high-quality, trauma-informed care across all services, including Wellspring’s specialized programs for adults and youth. She collaborates closely with administrative, billing, and insurance teams to support seamless client care and works alongside program development to expand and strengthen services.
