Come To Your Senses

We believe that true healing begins when we pause, take a breath, and gently reconnect with our inner selves and the world around us.

Our memories and emotions are often intertwined with the images and symbols we carry, and through creative exploration, we can find new ways to reinforce positive beliefs and bring peace to experiences which once held pain.

Starting September 5th, we invite you to join us for our experiential series. Let us guide you through a creative therapeutic experience that can:

  • Honor a loss,
  • Express gratitude,
  • Notice, express, or process a particular aspect of an event.

About Experiential Therapy
