As an ambassador for Christ, I am committed to supporting clients with compassion, professionalism, and hope, while creating a safe space where they feel heard, seen, understood, and comfortable within our therapeutic relationship.

As a faith-based practitioner, I believe life-changing healing is available to all who desire it, especially when combining evidence-based practices with Christ-centered faith. I have a passion for supporting individuals and families through seasons of growth, healing, and life transition. After spending 16 years as a wedding planner, witnessing love stories and family dynamics led me to pursue counseling as a meaningful way to walk with people through life’s most significant decisions. My own counseling journey through grief and growth deepened my appreciation for faith, grace, and evidence-based care. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where each person feels respected, understood, and honored in their unique journey. 

I believe that caring for our mental health is just as vital as maintaining physical well-being. I’m passionate about supporting individuals and couples as they work to enhance their personal and professional lives. While I believe that God is the ultimate healer, my goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where hope, growth, and transformation can take root.

I truly believe that healing and change are possible and long-lasting through a Christ-centered and holistic approach, as one considers the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of a person.
